Talent Vertex Partners is a specialist recruitment firm for industrial automation and OT (operational technology) hiring in India.

What we do

We recruit engineers for power and energy automation, industrial automation and IT/OT integration — PLC, SCADA, DCS, instrumentation, safety systems and commissioning — from entry level to leadership. We recruit in this field only.

The firm was founded in 2024 and is led by Rupin Joshi, Director, a former Schneider Electric energy-automation engineer. Candidates are screened on what they have actually engineered and commissioned, not on keywords.

How we screen

Every candidate we present goes through three tiers: a platform-specific technical paper, a phone screen, and a senior engineer's review. A candidate is called verified only when a named senior engineer has signed the verification. What we could not verify is stated, not hidden.
