Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Talent Vertex Partners collects on app.talentvertexpartners.com and www.talentvertexpartners.com, why, who sees it, and the rights you have over it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Who is responsible
Talent Vertex Partners, A3/605, Cherry County, Ek Murti Chowk, Techzone IV, Greater Noida, U.P. — 201306, India, decides how your personal data is used. Contact for any privacy question or request: Rupin Joshi, Director — contact@talentvertexpartners.com.
2. What we collect
- Candidates: your name, email, phone and location; your CV and work history; the platforms and skills you have worked on; your pay and notice-period details where you give them; your answers to our technical assessments; notes from screening calls; and the consents you give us.
- Clients: the names, work email addresses and phone numbers of your team members who deal with us; your company details; the roles you ask us to fill; your agreements, invoices and payment records; and your messages and decisions in the client portal.
- Visitors: what you enter in an enquiry form, and the basic technical records needed to run and secure the service, such as IP address and sign-in times.
We collect this from you directly, from a client that sends us your CV for verification (we ask for your consent before anything is screened), and from job applications and public professional profiles.
3. Why we use it
- to assess candidates for automation and OT roles and present suitable candidates to client companies;
- to run a client's mandate: shortlists, interviews, offers, agreements and invoices;
- to contact you about a role, an assessment or your account;
- to keep the platform secure and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Who sees it
- Client companies. A candidate's profile is shown to a client for a named position. The profile is shown without the candidate's name until an interview is confirmed, and a candidate's contact details are not given to a client as part of a shortlist.
- Service providers that work for us under confidentiality: hosting, email, our applicant-tracking system, and software tools — including AI services — that help us read CVs and job descriptions. A person, not a tool, decides who is presented, and a named senior engineer signs every verification.
- Payments. Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's page and are handled by Razorpay under its own privacy policy; we receive only the payment reference, amount and status.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep candidate data while you may be considered for roles in your field, until you ask us to delete it. A client does not retain the profile of a candidate it did not hire beyond the period in its engagement terms. Agreements, invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you; to correct or update it; to delete it; to withdraw a consent you gave; and to nominate another person to exercise these rights for you. Write to contact@talentvertexpartners.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
7. Security
Access to the platform is by individual sign-in. CVs and job descriptions are not reachable by a public link and are served only to signed-in users who are entitled to them. Client companies see only their own mandates and the candidates presented to them.
8. Cookies
We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and to open the right page. We use no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
9. Children
Our services are for working professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
