Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to app.talentvertexpartners.com and to the services Talent Vertex Partners sells through it. Where this page and an agreement you have signed with Talent Vertex Partners differ, the signed agreement prevails.

1. Who we are
This platform is operated by Talent Vertex Partners, A3/605, Cherry County, Ek Murti Chowk, Techzone IV, Greater Noida, U.P. — 201306, India (GSTIN 09AUMPJ5110A1Z2; MSME registration UDYAM-UP-28-0201299). "TVP", "we" and "us" mean Talent Vertex Partners. "You" means the business or person using the platform.
2. Our services
We provide recruitment services for industrial automation and OT roles to businesses:
- Retained Search — a search for a named position, on the fees and terms in the Engagement Terms — Commercial Schedule, which you sign for each mandate before any fee is invoiced.
- Services paid in credits — the services listed on our services page, bought in the client portal.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for what is done under your account. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has used it.
4. Fees, tax and payment
Fees are those in the Engagement Terms — Commercial Schedule for Retained Search, and those shown in your client portal for services paid in credits. All fees are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate. You see the full sum before you pay.
Payment is made online through Razorpay, our payment gateway, or by bank transfer against our tax invoice. Card, UPI and bank details entered at payment are handled by Razorpay; we do not receive or store them.
For Retained Search, the activation fee is payable within 7 days of invoice and the search begins on receipt. The balance of the placement fee is invoiced on the engineer's date of joining and is payable within 15 days of the invoice date. Overdue amounts carry interest as stated in your signed terms.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Either side may end an engagement in writing. What happens to fees already paid is set out in Cancellation and Refunds. How and when each service is delivered is set out in Shipping and Delivery.
6. Candidate profiles and confidentiality
We keep your requirement and your organisation's details confidential. You keep candidate profiles confidential and use them only to assess that engineer for the position they were sent for. Profiles are not shared outside your hiring team or with any third party. Both of us handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; see our Privacy Policy.
A candidate introduced by TVP and hired by you within the ownership period in your signed terms, for any role, directly or indirectly, is a TVP placement under those terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform unlawfully; not to try to reach data that is not yours; not to copy, scrape or republish candidate profiles, assessments or platform content; and not to interfere with the platform's operation. We may suspend an account that does.
8. What we are responsible for
We verify technical capability as described in your engagement and state plainly what we could not verify. Employment decisions, statutory eligibility, background and reference checks, and compliance with your own hiring policy remain yours.
Our total liability on any mandate is limited to the fees actually received from you on that mandate. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
10. Changes and contact
